FSSA Partner's Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the FSSA Partner's Program! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in our Partner's Program, offered by Fitness Sports Science Association (FSSA). By applying to become an FSSA Partner, you agree to comply with these Terms strictly. Please read them carefully.

2. Partner's Eligibility

Only individuals or companies demonstrating a commitment to promoting FSSA courses and bringing in students are eligible to apply.
Applicants must provide accurate and complete information during the application process.
FSSA reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion without explanation.

3. Partner's Responsibilities

Partners are solely responsible for promoting FSSA courses through ethical and legal means.
Partners must refrain from engaging in any misleading or deceptive marketing practices.
It is the obligation of partners to provide precise and truthful information about FSSA courses and their benefits.
Partners must strictly adhere to all applicable laws and regulations while promoting FSSA courses.

4. Commission Structure

Partners will receive a commission for every student they refer to FSSA courses, as per the agreed-upon commission structure.
Commission payments will be made on a regular basis, subject to a minimum threshold.
FSSA reserves the right to modify the commission structure at any time, with prior notice to partners.

5. Brand Usage

Partners may use FSSA's brand assets, including logos and trademarks, solely for the purpose of promoting FSSA courses.
Any unauthorized use of FSSA's brand assets is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of partnership.

6. Termination

FSSA reserves the right to terminate partnership with any partner found to be in violation of these Terms strictly.
Partners may also terminate their partnership with FSSA at any time by providing written notice.

7. Confidentiality

Partners may have access to confidential information about FSSA's courses and operations. Partners agree to keep such information confidential and not disclose it to third parties under any circumstances.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Pakistan].
